In collaboration with our innovative startup, we are launching a pioneering project: a real-time observatory of delivery spaces. This project aims to transform the way deliveries are managed, offering significant benefits to all city stakeholders. A real-time observatory has been set up and deployed using the <a href=\"https:\/\/cocoparks.io\/en-us\/urban-logistics\/\">Cocoparks solution<\/a>, and here&#8217;s how it works:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Real-time detection :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intelligent sensors continuously detect the presence or absence of vehicles in delivery bays. This information is instantly transmitted to a central platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data Analysis and Visualization :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The platform analyzes the data collected and displays it in real time via an interface accessible to delivery drivers, retailers and the municipality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optimization and planning of urban logistics :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Thanks to artificial intelligence, the system makes recommendations to improve the management of delivery spaces, thus reducing waiting times and traffic jams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Improved urban logistics: a positive impact for all stakeholders<\/h2>\n\n<p>The project brings considerable benefits to urban logistics at all levels<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>For delivery personnel :<\/strong><br\/>Real-time access to information on available delivery spaces, reducing the time spent looking for parking and increasing delivery efficiency.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>For retailers:<\/strong><br\/>Better management of delivery flows, ensuring that products arrive on time without delays caused by parking difficulties.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>For Residents :<\/strong><br\/>Reduced traffic congestion and nuisance caused by delivery vehicles looking for parking spaces, improving the quality of urban life.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>For the Municipality :<\/strong><br\/>A powerful tool for urban planning, enabling parking infrastructures to be adjusted to actual needs and improving the management of public space.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Innovative project wins award at Salon des Maires et des Collectivit\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Territorial innovation prize at the Salon des Maires<\/h3>\n\n<p>In addition to the immediate benefits for delivery management, this project contributes to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. Less time spent searching for parking spaces means less fuel consumed and less pollution, bringing Levallois-Perret into line with sustainable development and smart city objectives.<\/p>\n\n<p>That&#8217;s why this project has had such a high profile in France, winning awards at the Salon des Maires.
